He is recognized as a leading voice in AI strategy.
His path to the C-suite was through engineering leadership — VP to CTO to COO. That operator DNA is what makes him effective in board rooms: he asks the questions other directors don't know to ask because he's been in the engine room.

His expertise in technical due diligence and post-acquisition integration has made him a sought-after advisor for Private Equity firms looking to de-risk their portfolios and optimize the technical defensibility of their assets.
